Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Compensation

Earn $16.00 per hour.

• Flexible full‑time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm (weekends until 5pm)

• Work independently at multiple locations, both inside and outside
• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations
• Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required

• Transport and lift items weighing up to 35 pounds
• Walk around facilities, spending up to 50% of time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
• Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks: sweeping, mopping interior areas, and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal

• Experience in customer‑service–centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle to travel between locations and perform work‑related tasks (mileage reimbursement available)
