Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation Includes: annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may range from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Seasonal associates are responsible for moving the majority of seasonal merchandise throughout the store. When major holidays arrive, seasonal associates are prepared to handle increased demand. This role requires product knowledge, problem‑solving skills, and merchandise handling expertise.
