• Be a Team Member:
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources. Communicate effectively and deliver customer service to meet member expectations. Maintain in-stock levels and help control shrinkage.
• Be an Expert:
  Plan bakery productions to ensure consistent quality and accuracy of decorative designs. Follow recipes and measurements; work with decorating bags, tips, and nozzles to create flowers and lettering. Ensure adherence to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold-chain compliance, and inventory management. Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment and apply knowledge of product and layout execution.
• Be a Techie:
  Use digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience. Utilize handheld devices to make decisions related to production, merchandising, ordering, training, and product quality, while promoting tool adoption among teammates.
• Be an Owner:
  Drive bakery area performance, ensure quality and date control, reduce waste, and prepare for seasonal events that affect bakery volume. Identify member needs, assist with purchasing decisions, and resolve member issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador:
  Act as a brand advocate by prioritizing member experience, model high-quality service, and help train, develop, and inspire teammates in a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented style.
• Compliance and Execution:
  Follow company policies, procedures, and ethics standards; apply related action plans and open-door principles to execute business processes.
• Work Planning:
  Complete assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers and teammates; set priorities and timelines; communicate progress and opportunities for improvement.

• 6 months of experience in a fresh production area
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Willingness to complete required trainings and assessments within stated time frames
