Overview
Associate Sales Executive role focused on identifying potential clients, determining which business services solve their challenges, creating sales opportunities, and selling those services to new and existing clients. You will be part of a brand-new inside sales team delivering transformational growth for the organization.
Responsibilities- Drive the adoption of our service offerings to interested small business owners
- Own your pipeline of leads and everything about them. Nurture leads beyond consultation where necessary, keeping the sales funnel robust, prioritized, and growing
- Record all account, contact, and sales activities in CRM in a timely manner
- Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales activity and sales targets
- Communicate regularly with sales management on progress
- Provide a consistent and accurate monthly forecast to sales management
- Establish customer relationships that enable you to be viewed as a trusted advisor
- Work closely with Account Managers to support effective new client onboarding
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Effective time management and organization skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Experience in a B2B customer-facing role with a track record of high performance
- Familiar with managing a lead or sales pipeline
- Oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Previous experience as an account or client manager, SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales Representative
- Punctual and accountable
- Resourcefulness, proactively leveraging available resources and knowing when to ask for help
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or other)
- Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities for remote sales with prospects across the country
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent through education and related work experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Knowledge or familiarity with bookkeeping, payroll, or accounting
- Work experience with small businesses
- Experience with sales engagement and dialing/call coaching platforms

Pay Range InformationThe pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. Individual pay decisions will depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location where work will be performed. Qualifying associates can enroll in medical and prescription drug coverage;
can participate in the 401(k) plan; and receive other benefits described by the company.
Pay Range
$21.59 - $32.40/Hr.
