Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid Outside Sales Representative position based in St. Louis, MO office. In this role, you’ll be focused on driving new business and managing current accounts. The ideal candidate is an experienced B2B sales professional who excels at relationship building and is focused on helping clients achieve their desired outcomes. Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve Personal Quotas: Meet and exceed financial expectations and growth objectives.
  • Drive New Business Growth: Enthusiastically drive growth of net-new customers for Managed Print and our cutting-edge Managed IT Services. Generate leads through prospecting, networking, and in-person engagement with local business owners, C‑Suite executives, and IT leadership.
  • Manage Key Accounts: Serve your clients as a trusted advisor. Build and maintain long-term relationships, expand solution offerings, deliver on promises made, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Solution-Based Selling: Analyze client print, IT, and telephony infrastructure to identify inefficiencies and gaps in security and performance. Collaborate with resources at Americom to present, demonstrate, and deliver tailored, consultative solutions that solve client challenges and create long-term value.
  • Pipeline & CRM Management: Organize and put strategic plans into action through proper CRM utilization and pipeline management.
  • Culture and Team: Bring energy, integrity, collaboration, and enthusiasm as an active participant in a winning culture.
Requirements - Preferred
  • A positive attitude and results-driven mentality
  • 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and face-to-face interactions)
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to manage a multi-stage sales process from initial contact, to closing business, and delivering on expectations.
  • Consistent effort to drive net-new business acquisition
  • Willingness to work in or travel as needed within the greater St. Louis marketplace (valid drivers license and clean driving record required)
  • Proficiency with CRM systems; strong organizational and time-management skills.
