First‑year Franchise Business Development Sales Representatives on average earn $85,000-$100,000! And top performers can earn $100,00K+. Franchise Business Developers can receive promotions within 12 months to senior‑level roles and earn director level promotions within 18 months, so that they will then lead/manage a team of 4 business developers.

• Prospect and research new concepts and franchisees
• Cold calling to book initial demos with franchisees of concepts with existing relationships and new concepts we are developing relationships with
• Conduct & present demos with franchisees to discuss their digital marketing strategies
• Manage their sales pipeline in Salesforce

• 3 months of training, broken down into: 1 month of hands‑on boot‑camp style training & 2 months to prove competencies & memorize presentation scripts
• 6 months as a successful Franchise Business Developer
• 3-4 months as a Senior Business Developer
• Promotion to Director within 1 year to 1 ½ year

• Self motivated and driven
• Proven sales experience
• Outbound cold calling experience
• Track record of over‑achieving quota
• Experience working with  or similar CRM
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Have 2+ years of face to face & cold calling experience
• Preferable high ticket sales experience with small business
