Mattress Dogzzz is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work directly with customers to identify their sleep needs, educate them on product options, and guide them toward the best mattress and sleep solutions for their lifestyle and budget.

This position offers a strong earning opportunity through a combination of base pay and commission, making it ideal for individuals who enjoy sales, customer service, and building lasting relationships.

• $32,000 - $100,000+ annually (Base pay plus commission. Top performers have significant earning potential.)

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional shopping experience
• Consult with customers to understand their comfort preferences, sleep concerns, and budget
• Recommend mattresses, adjustable bases, pillows, protectors, and related sleep accessories
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, and financing options
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain an organized, clean, and inviting showroom environment
• Assist with customer pickups, deliveries, and post-sale follow-up
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Build long-term customer relationships that drive referrals and repeat business
• Support store operations and contribute to a positive team culture

• Retail sales or customer service experience
• Experience working toward sales goals or commission-based compensation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort using point-of-sale systems
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Excellent listening and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
