We're looking for a dynamic Rental Sales Agent to be the welcoming face of our company in the Independence and Kansas City, Missouri (KCMO) area. In the car rental business, our highest-performing agents shine by creating genuine connections with customers, smoothly completing rental bookings, and delivering top-tier service every time.

This position is perfect for people who genuinely enjoy helping customers and have a knack for smart upselling. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Completing customer rental reservations with exceptional care and professionalism
• Overseeing and managing vehicle inventory
• Managing follow-up callbacks efficiently
• Cleaning, washing, and readying vehicles for the next rental
• Reviewing and auditing rental paperwork to ensure complete accuracy

The store operates Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional half-day weekend shifts.
Weekend availability is required.

Must be 18+

All of our representatives must be certified to drive; must have a valid driver's license
