Job Summary

What you will be doing
  • Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Provide outstanding customer service during all customer interactions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow‑up and service excellence.
  • Help customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store.
  • Answer any questions customers have on current or new services, make changes to account data, upgrade levels of service, and process all general service requests.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
  • Provide expert-level understanding and passion around technology, especially Comcast products and services.
  • Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
  • Contribute to a fun and competitive environment, connecting products and services to customers’ everyday lifestyles.
  • Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and professional store environment.
What you will need to have
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to adjust to a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
  • Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes and move around the store constantly.

Salary

Base Pay: $15.05.

Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $22.74.

Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.

Education

High School Diploma / GED.

Relevant Work Experience

2‑5 Years.
