We are seeking a high-performing Director of Business Development to join our remote team and help drive the growth of our personal growth platform. In this client-facing role, you’ll lead digital outreach, conduct client calls, and support new client onboarding—all while representing a brand rooted in purpose, growth, and transformation.
This is ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, enjoys building genuine relationships, and is motivated by performance and results.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Engage prospective clients through email, social media, and direct outreach
- Conduct initial interviews to qualify leads and assess alignment
- Provide high-touch support during new client onboarding
- Maintain accurate records and manage ongoing follow-ups
- Participate in weekly virtual trainings and global team calls
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, client services, or business development
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization and follow-up habits
- Comfort working independently with minimal supervision
- Solid computer skills and familiarity with tools like CRM platforms and online schedulers
- Marketing or outreach experience (social media, email, or content) preferred
