Deliver an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and provide clear, accurate, and knowledgeable information about products and assortment;
Assist with onboarding and training of new and existing team members, focusing on best practices, exceptional selling skills, and key operational processes;
Serve as a go-to expert in designated process categories, ensuring smooth execution and high productivity;
Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by following floor set plans, signage, price changes, and replenishment standards;
Promote and drive customer participation in company programs such as loyalty, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment
