Xfinity Retail Sales Professional

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service during all interactions and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Assist customers in interpreting and clarifying account statements, processing bill payments in-store, and handling general service requests.
• Answer customer questions about current or new services, make changes to account data, upgrade service levels, and process all general service requests.
• Act as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products and demonstrate expert-level understanding of technology and Comcast services.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of sales products, including competitive information, and contribute to a fun, competitive environment that connects products to customers’ everyday lifestyles.
• Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures to ensure a consistent, professional store environment.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to adjust to a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Physical ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes and move throughout the store.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, customer-focused, persuasion, and teamwork skills.
• Technical knowledge of Comcast products and services, and ability to use digital tools and experiences.
• Self‑motivation, resilience, and professional integrity.

Base Pay: $15.05 per hour. Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $22.74 per hour.
