Pre-Sales Screener Representative - St. Peters - WEEKEND SHIFT

Description

Car Shield is seeking talent to join its growing Pre‑Sales team. This role is responsible for having the initial conversation with prospective customers, qualifying leads, and setting up customers with our Sales department. Successful candidates will have strong communication and customer service skills, a solid work ethic, and be motivated by goals and bonus potential.

Full‑time

• Collect key information from prospects using a scripted, professional approach and facilitate handoff to the Sales team.
• Maintain a consistently positive attitude and customer‑first approach to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Stay current on products and services offered.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

• $17 per hour, plus performance bonus (average ~ $20/hour).

• Must be able to work fully on‑site.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
• Ability to present oneself well over the phone.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Highly coachable.
• Effective multi‑tasking ability.
• Willingness to work 1–2 Saturdays per month.
• Experience in a call center is a plus (training provided).
• Basic computer and typing skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
