Pay Schedule
Expected First-Year Earnings: $50,000 - $75,000+
Schedule:
Monday - Friday Full-Time
Location:
In-person role in the Kansas City, MO area
Actual earnings may vary based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective and current clients through scheduled appointments
- Educate clients on available products and services
- Provide recommendations based on individual needs
- Maintain relationships with clients and provide follow-up support
- Track client interactions and activity using company CRM software
- Participate in training, team meetings, and professional development sessions
- Collaborate with leadership to meet individual and team goals
Qualifications
We provide training, but successful candidates typically have:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional attitude and reliable work ethic
- Coachable mindset and willingness to learn
- Goal-oriented and motivated by performance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license
Helpful but not required:
- Customer service experience
- Retail, hospitality, or sales background
- Experience working with clients or customers
