• Perform conflict resolution and de‑escalation.
• Interact frequently with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity.
• Follow all post orders and complete assigned rounds.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties as required for the assigned site.

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma, GED, or ability to complete a GED within 6 months.
• One year of security experience.
• Strong customer service and team‑leadership skills.
• Excellent computer/technology skills.
• Calm and professional in stressful situations.
• Strong attention to detail and vigilance throughout the shift.
• Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid judgment and appropriate escalation.
• Willingness to participate in pre‑employment screening (drug test, background check).
