Security Officer Armed Mobile Driver Clearance Required – Independence, MOPosition Type: Full Time
Pay Rate: $28.37 / Hour

- Wed: 04:30 AM - 01:00 PM
- Thu: 04:30 AM - 01:00 PM
- Fri: 04:30 AM - 01:00 PM
- Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and local responders when needed.
- Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and observe vehicle and foot traffic to help support authorized access and site rules.
- Prepare clear reports on patrol activity, incidents, and unusual conditions, and assist with investigations involving security‑related matters, policy violations, and/or property damage.
- Possess 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security‑related experience, or possess a college degree.
- Possess an armed guard card and/or license.
- Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
- Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
