Security Officer Armed Mobile Driver Clearance Required – Independence, MO

What You’ll Do:

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and local responders when needed.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and observe vehicle and foot traffic to help support authorized access and site rules.
Prepare clear reports on patrol activity, incidents, and unusual conditions, and assist with investigations involving security‑related matters, policy violations, and/or property damage.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security‑related experience, or possess a college degree.
Possess an armed guard card and/or license.
Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
Be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
