Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with appropriate personnel as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor access points and assist with visitor screening, directional support, and other security-related duties common to a healthcare location;
Report hazards, suspicious activity, and/or policy concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal management
