Garda World Security Services U.S. is seeking Flex Security professionals to support diverse client sites across commercial, industrial, and government environments. In this fast paced, mission driven role, you will provide guarding, access control, patrols, and incident response on variable shifts and locations. Responsibilities include enforcing post orders, monitoring CCTV and alarms, reporting safety or security hazards, and assisting visitors and employees with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible security presence and conduct foot or vehicle patrols at assigned sites
• Perform access control, , and visitor/vehicle screening
• Monitor CCTV, alarms, and security systems; respond to alerts and incidents
• Enforce post orders, site procedures, and safety regulations
• Document incidents and daily activities with clear, accurate reports
• Communicate effectively via radio, phone, and in person with clients and team
• Support emergency response, evacuations, and crowd management as directed
• Adapt to changing posts, schedules, and environments as a flex officer
