Three Stone Homes is one of Missouri’s largest manufactured and modular home dealer, with locations in Harrisonville and Rogersville—and now expanding to Lake of the Ozarks. This role supports the installation and completion of manufactured and modular homes. Based on your experience, you’ll focus on one (or more) of these areas:

• Positioning homes, structural assembly, roofing, siding, exterior builds
• Assistance with land prep

• Drywall, trim, paint, cabinetry, final interior details

You’ll also:

• Work safely and efficiently
• Support your crew and other trades
• Keep job sites clean and organized
• Help deliver high‑quality finished homes

• Construction experience (trade‑specific skills) — experience is required!
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Team‑oriented mindset
• Ability to follow direction and adapt
• Mechanical aptitude and tool experience
• Pride in doing quality work

• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in all weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  
  Clear background check & drug screening
• Willingness to travel occasionally (per diem provided)
