Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (or until daily job duties are completed)
Must Have:1+ year of siding installation experience
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Residential Construction Service Technician to join our growing team. If you have experience with siding, windows, and doors, enjoy solving problems, and take pride in quality workmanship, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll DoAs a Residential Construction Service Technician, you'll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing exterior home products while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and resolve service issues related to siding, windows, and doors
Perform repairs at customer homes and company facilities
Troubleshoot and identify root causes of installation and product concerns
Clearly communicate repair solutions and recommendations to homeowners
Respond promptly to service requests and complete repairs efficiently
Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of siding installation experience
Minimum 2 years of service technician experience
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of siding, windows, doors, and related installation methods
Ability to diagnose issues based on customer descriptions and field observations
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
High school diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
Construction, remodeling, or exterior home improvement experience
