Field Service Technician I – Kansas City, MO

As a Field Service Technician, you will represent the NCR Atleos brand by responding on‑site at customers’ locations, performing basic troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs on ATMs, and ensuring accurate reporting through our service app.

• Follow safety and security procedures when working on ATMs.
• Complete NCR Atleos specific trainings and certifications.
• Diagnose problems based on ATM error logs and service app information.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs on ATMs, both indoors and outdoors.
• Accurately report updates and details of the work performed at the ATM, including call closure details.
• Maintain parts inventory and related records.
• Accurately report hours worked and miles driven daily.

• Must reside in the specified geographic area.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company requirements.
• Access to reliable transportation for work purposes.
• Familiarity and ability to use an Android cell phone (company provided).
• Ability to travel several hours during the workday, including inclement weather.
• Ability to lift and carry tools, parts, and equipment up to 50lbs. without assistance.
• Ability to bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, and repetitively manipulate objects of varying size.
• High level of personal integrity and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Basic electrical and mechanical aptitude, skillset, and knowledge.
• Good problem‑solving skills, ability to learn new skills quickly, and work well under pressure.
• Proof of the following minimum insurance coverage:
  • Bodily Injury Liability: minimum $100,000 per person and $300,000 per accident.
  • Property Damage Liability: minimum $100,000 per accident.

• Associate degree.
• Previous experience with NCR or similar equipment.
