The Maintenance Technician at McCormack Baron is responsible for a broad range of on-site maintenance tasks within our communities. You will perform electrical, carpentry, plumbing, appliance repairs, and painting while providing excellent resident service and safety-conscious operations.
Role requires 2 years of resident maintenance experience with HVAC certification preferred; valid driver’s license and willingness to participate in emergency on-call rotation are required.
