Full Stack Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to help design, build, and launch a next‑generation unified customer experience platform. As a key member of the Application Development team, you’ll contribute across the entire software development lifecycle—from architecture and hands‑on development to testing, deployment, and continuous improvement. You’ll have the autonomy to solve complex technical challenges, introduce new ideas, and influence the tools and practices that shape our platform.

• Translate business goals and technical requirements into thoughtful, production‑ready solutions.
• Design and develop scalable full‑stack applications, services, APIs, and data components.
• Evaluate solution options for observability, integration, usability, testing, resiliency, and performance.
• Contribute high‑quality code while providing constructive reviews and feedback to teammates.
• Create shared libraries, services, and development patterns that help the team deliver faster.
• Identify emerging technologies and recommend practical ways to incorporate them into the platform.
• Partner directly with stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver meaningful features.
• Establish and document development standards, architectural patterns, and best practices.
• Provide technical leadership during architecture, planning, and implementation.
• Support a collaborative, blameless culture that encourages experimentation, rapid learning, and continuous improvement.

• 3–8 years of professional full‑stack development experience.
• Strong experience with modern web frameworks such as Angular or Blazor.
• Hands‑on experience developing applications with C# and .NET.
• Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server, including writing complex queries.
• Experience designing, developing, and integrating APIs.
• Experience writing and maintaining automated unit tests.
• A solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and code‑promotion processes.
• Experience with version‑control platforms such as Git or Bitbucket.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience designing resilient, highly available applications.
• Familiarity with Agile development principles and practices.
• Experience building and deploying cloud‑native solutions, particularly in Microsoft Azure.
• A background in application or SQL performance tuning.
• Experience using AI‑powered tools to improve developer productivity and software delivery.
• Experience developing and deploying containerized applications.
