New Pay Increase – Team Van Truckload Truck Driver
Average pay: $1,340–$1,630 weekly.
Home time: every other week. Pay and bonus potential: earn up to 13¢ more per mile; mileage pay up to $0.75 cents per mile, plus hourly pay while on duty but not driving; weekly paychecks; weekly performance pay.
Sign‑on bonuses: $8,000 paid over 12 monthly payments for experienced drivers; $4,000 paid over 12 monthly payments for inexperienced drivers.
Paid orientation. Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year. Annual bonus: earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
