Cox Fleet is currently hiring a Fleet Services Coordinator II to support the growth of the company.

• Managing the follow‑up maintenance transaction lifecycle from origination until the customer unit is ready to be returned to service.
• Timely and accurate documentation and notation in all Cox Fleet systems regarding each customer, technician, and vendor contact.
• Providing excellent customer service for all internal and external calls.
• Be professional and establish positive customer rapport.
• Obtain customers' approval for all repairs and services to be performed.
• Partner and communicate consistently with Field Operations to schedule the right technicians to accounts, resulting in a positive customer experience.
• Continuously develop and improve company capabilities in dispatching and service scheduling.
• Additional duties and special projects as assigned.

• High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field. A different combination, such as a higher level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline with up to 1 year of experience, or 5 years of experience in a related field, may also be acceptable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.
• Proven track record of collaborating cross‑functionally, building positive relationships, and becoming a trusted partner to relevant cross‑functional partners.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to balance a variety of tasks.
• Common knowledge of the automotive industry; experience with fleet maintenance or other transportation experience in automotive/trucking is very helpful.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional follow‑through abilities.

Hourly pay rate: $18.17 - $27.31 per hour. The rate may vary within this range based on location and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. The position may be eligible for additional compensation, such as commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of 6.67 hours of paid time off each month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Additional paid time off includes bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
