• Provide exceptional client accounting services, including accounts receivable and payable functions, monthly reconciliations and financial statement preparation for a variety of clients.
• Collaborate with clients to gather financial information, resolve issues, and provide timely and accurate reports.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing excellent customer service.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives, leveraging technology to streamline accounting procedures and increase efficiency.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an accountant or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Quick Books Online and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A self‑motivator who works well both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
• A positive attitude and a team player mindset.
