This is not your typical entry-level role. Over your first 12 to 18 months, you'll gain hands‑on experience across:

• Corporate Accounting (GL & Close)
• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
• Accounts Payable & Receivable Operations
• Audit & Compliance Support
• Process Improvement & Systems Projects

You'll leave the program with a clear direction and a strong foundation to move into a permanent role.

During your rotations, you'll:

• Assist with financial data analysis and reporting to support business decisions
• Work on automating spreadsheets and improving reporting processes
• Support various teams with transactional and project‑based accounting tasks
• Participate in cross‑functional projects with operations and leadership
• Help identify efficiencies and process improvements within accounting workflows
• Present findings and insights to managers and team members

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• Recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience
• Strong interest in business, data, and problem‑solving
• Comfortable with Excel (formulas, data analysis preferred)
• Curious mindset, someone who asks why? and looks for improvements
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
