Staff Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our growing team. This role will support day-to-day accounting operations, assist with financial reporting, and play a key part in ensuring accuracy across our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and maintain general ledger entries, journal entries, and account reconciliations

* Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including financial statement preparation

* Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed

* Perform variance analysis and provide explanations for key fluctuations

* Reconcile bank statements and balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis

* Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and internal reports

* Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies

* Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation

* Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency within accounting workflows

What We???re Looking For:

* Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

* 2-5 years of accounting experience

* Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and financial reporting

* Experience with month-end close and reconciliations

* Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems (ERP experience a plus)

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Pay Details: $26.00 to $36.00 per hour
