Job Description
Accounts Payable Administrator is responsible for receiving, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices and for ensuring approved invoices are posted accurately and paid timely. The position is also responsible for establishing and maintaining communication with assigned vendors and for directing all escalated vendor issues to the appropriate person for resolution.
Payroll responsibilities include processing deductions such as levies and garnishments, preparing accounting transactions and documents, documenting and updating procedures, and preparing special reports for management.
