Administrative Specialist

Job Summary:
The Administrative Specialist will greet global headquarters visitors, answer telephones and direct calls, schedule conference rooms, and assist with other administrative support activities as needed.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist corporate visitors (customers, clients, vendors and employees) in contacting the appropriate employee.
• Answer incoming calls and transfer to the appropriate person.
• Maintain and update the corporate building employee security pass access system; manages access.
• Maintain, order and organize all office supplies.
• Sign for packages, schedule courier services as requested.
• Assist with facilities requests.
• Assist with special events.
• General office duties as assigned.
• Conformance with the Valtris Quality and Environmental, Health, Safety and Security policies and awareness of ISO 9001 and RC14001 management system requirements applicable to this position

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma;
Associates Degree preferred

Minimum 3 years administrative/facilities experience
