- Customer Service and Account Support: Provide prompt and accurate assistance during incoming customer calls, including supplying invoice copies or proofs of delivery, accepting payments, and answering general account questions.
- Dispute Resolution and Root Cause Analysis: Investigate, document, and resolve short paid and full invoice customer disputes utilizing SAP's Dispute Management module. This includes identifying and implementing permanent fixes for the root cause of recurring customer issues.
- Credit and Adjustment Processing: Manage the accurate and timely data entry for credit memo requests after reviewing and validating them, and process cylinder audit or adjustment requests.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for the Credit & Collections Department of Airgas North Division as assigned by the Supervisor.
- Education and Experience: Requires a High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of 1 year of prior experience in a high-volume, fast-paced office environment with internal or external customer-facing activities. Prior experience with SAP is preferred.

Proficiency in Google suite and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), as well as a demonstrated ability to utilize financial applications within SAP. - Core Competencies: Must exhibit customer-focused behavior, possess effective decision‑making skills, and have the ability to analyze data to identify the root cause of problems.
- Communication: Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a pleasant, knowledgeable demeanor on the phone and the ability to work as a team player.
- Prior SAP experience
