Work closely with internal groups such as Assembly, Procurement, and field technicians during startup to resolve technical and design-related issues.

Coordinate with Sales and Applications Engineering to align product capabilities with customer requirements and project objectives.

Approve project releases to Manufacturing, ensuring designs are complete, accurate, and ready for production.

Partner with Assembly and Test departments to troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered during build and test activities.

Work as part of a project team to deliver cost-effective, manufacturable designs for electro-mechanical equipment and load banks.

Manage and maintain bills of materials (BOMs) to support accurate manufacturing, procurement, and configuration control.

Apply project management practices to plan, organize, and track design activities and deliverables.

Provide regular updates on project status and timelines to stakeholders, highlighting risks, progress, and key milestones.
