District Partners has been retained to identify a Senior FP&A Analyst for one of the fastest-growing independent wealth and investment management platforms in the country.
This organization has built a nationally recognized business serving ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions through a highly strategic, client-centric model. With significant national expansion underway and continued momentum through both organic growth and acquisitions, the firm is making substantial investments in infrastructure, analytics, and financial decision-making capabilities.
As part of that evolution, the organization is seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded finance professional to join its Forecasting, Planning & Analysis team. This role sits at the intersection of finance, strategy, and executive decision support. The Senior FP&A Analyst will partner closely with leadership across the business to drive forecasting, reporting, planning, and performance analysis initiatives that directly influence operational and strategic outcomes.

- Develop and maintain financial forecasts, budgeting models, and long-range planning analyses
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes across multiple business units and operating segments
- Perform variance analysis and identify trends, risks, and opportunities impacting business performance
- Partner with leadership to improve forecasting accuracy and support strategic decision making
- Analyze key business drivers including revenue, profitability, client segmentation, operational performance, and growth metrics
- Evaluate historical trends, operational data, and financial performance to support short- and long-term business planning
- Develop business cases and financial analyses related to strategic initiatives, headcount investments, and operational expansion
- Monitor performance against plan and proactively identify areas requiring leadership attention
- Prepare executive-level reporting materials, dashboards, presentations, and performance summaries
- Translate financial data into clear, concise, and actionable insights for senior leadership
- Support ad hoc strategic analyses and cross-functional initiatives as business needs evolve
- Ensure integrity, accuracy, and consistency of financial data utilized across the organization
- Serve as a trusted business partner to operational and executive stakeholders across the firm
- Collaborate closely with finance, operations, leadership, and other internal teams to support enterprise initiatives
- Help improve reporting infrastructure, financial processes, and internal workflows
- Stay informed on industry trends and support benchmarking and market analysis initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 4–6 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, or related analytical roles
- Experience with in financial services, wealth management, investment management, professional services, or other complex multi-entity environments strongly preferred
