Air Liquide is a global leader in gases, technologies, and services for industry and health. The Product Delivery Manager will have a global vision for a product line across the Americas, responsible for the end‑to‑end operational management of IoT products and Bulk Supply Chain product families. The role reports to the product line director and leads the product expert team on operational topics while working closely with customer services for incident management.
Responsibilities1. Service Management
- Monitor and manage performance KPIs for the service in collaboration with Customer Services.
- Act as point of escalation, review, and approval for key issues and decisions across all Service Management domains.
- Present service performance metrics in an understandable, actionable manner to the Service Manager.
- Support Service Reviews organized by the BU with Local Digital Solution Owners and the BIS.
- Accountable for day‑to‑day product operations and performance.
- Responsible for the local Service Level Agreement.
- Manage incident and request resolution, driving continuous improvement.
- Recommend product improvements to be included in the roadmap based on customer feedback.
- Manage change during releases and deployments.
- Identify and handle risks to capacity and availability.
- Plan and maintain visibility of changes.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, information technology, or a related field.
- Experience in IT product development and operation.
- Strong understanding of IT Services, IT Security, and Service Management.
- Knowledge of Configuration Management, deployment tools, and scripting.
- Proficiency with the ITIL framework and incident management processes.
- Good understanding of software technologies and architecture.
- Experience building and maintaining cloud solutions on Amazon Web Services.
- Understanding of IoT platforms and M2M/IoT communications (Sigfox, LoRA, NBIoT) preferred.
- Knowledge of web services and API-REST.
- Understanding of industrial IT environments: network, servers, embedded electronics preferred.
- Good understanding of supply chain management principles.
- Excellent English language proficiency.
- Leadership qualities, networking, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment with a problem‑solving attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with adaptability to various stakeholders.
- Analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
- Planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Self‑starter and self‑motivated with minimal direction.
- French speaking skills are a plus.
