Role Overview
Product Delivery Manager –
Location:
Cleveland, OH. This role reports to the product line director and is part of the product line management team.
The Product Delivery Manager has a global vision of all product offerings for a product line for the Americas, responsible for the end‑to‑end operational management of IoT and Bulk Supply Chain product families as per business needs. The manager leads, plans, directs, and controls all activities related to Product Delivery and Technical Operations.
Key focus areas in Cleveland support Airgas operations, the main user of BOS solutions in the Americas, through three functional roles:
Engagement Lead, Product Experts, and Product Delivery Manager.
- Own the global relationship, engagement, and satisfaction for Air Liquide/Airgas industrial environments.
- Own the implementation, deployment, and ongoing support of products, including L3 support and collaboration with technical teams.
- Own the Run phase (SLA‑AME) and serve as the primary contact for SLA management and escalation.
- Monitor and manage performance KPIs for services in collaboration with Customer Services.
- Serve as point of escalation, review and approval for key issues and decisions across Service Management domains.
- Present service performance metrics in an actionable format.
- Support Service Reviews with BU and local Digital Solution Owners.
- Accountable for day‑to‑day product operations and performance, including local Service Level Agreements.
- Manage incident & request resolution and continuous improvement.
- Recommend product improvements for roadmap based on customer feedback.
- Manage change management during releases and deployments, identifying and mitigating capacity and availability risks, and plan changes accordingly.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, information technology or a related field.
- Experience in IT product development and operation.
- Strong understanding of IT services, IT security and Service Management.
- Proficiency in configuration management, deployment tools and scripting.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and incident management processes.
- Understanding of software technologies and architecture.
- Experience building and maintaining cloud solutions on Amazon Web Services.
- Knowledge of IoT platforms, M2M / IoT communications (Sigfox, LoRa, NBIoT) is an advantage.
- Understanding of web services and API‑REST.
- Understanding of industrial IT environment – network, servers, embedded electronics is a plus.
- Good understanding of supply chain management principles.
- Excellent English proficiency.
- Leadership qualities, networking and persuasion skills.
- Teamwork and problem‑solving attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to adapt communication to different audiences.
- Analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
- Planning, prioritization and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
- Self‑starter and self‑motivated.
- French speaking is a plus.
