Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Independence, OH, for a Personal Injury Paralegal. The Paralegal will assist attorneys by performing legal research, drafting and preparing legal documents, and reviewing case-related documentation. Additional responsibilities include maintaining communication with clients, managing case files, scheduling meetings, and ensuring compliance with critical deadlines. The role demands attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a dedication to providing excellent client service.
Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of law and experience with legal procedures and personal injury cases
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
- Strong Communication and client interaction skills
- Ability to conduct thorough Research and analyze case details
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlines effectively
- Proficiency with legal software and tools is preferred
- Associate degree or certification in Paralegal Studies is required;
Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus - Previous experience working in a personal injury law firm is highly desirable
