- Location: Southern Michigan
- Travel: Travel is required
- Coordinate with Training to properly train team members on specific product policies, processes, and execution.
- Ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
- Take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
- Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with senior leadership as well as other staff members.
- Oversee and coordinate special projects as they relate to capital expenditures and insurance claims from concept to completion.
- Manage yearly pond inspection program and requirements.
- Project management based on department strategic initiatives, vision, and mission.
- Prepare reports for team members and senior leadership regarding status of projects.
- Support special projects within Property Operation initiatives.
- Bid for projects assigned.
- Complete FHA, ADA and Compliance work assignments.
- Assist in yearly budgeting to provide feedback on capital expenditures requests and the execution of yearly capital projects.
- Assist in the execution of yearly capital projects and assist in scopes for capital projects.
- All other related duties, as assigned.

- Proven ability to plan, organize and implement multiple tasks/projects on a concurrent, real-time basis
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 3-5 years experience required
- In lieu of Bachelor’s Degree - 5-7 years of Project Management Experience required
- Landscape Management Experience Required
- General computer proficiency
This job operates in a professional field environment. The employee may be required to use hand and power tools as well as standard office equipment such as computers, desk phones, iPhone, photocopiers, etc. The employee could be exposed to a variety of work conditions. Daily wear of gloves, hard hats, safety goggles, or ear plugs may be required. Working outdoors may also be required with exposure to hot or cold temperatures and to sounds and noise levels that can be distracting or uncomfortable.
Sometimes exposed to contaminants, such as fumes from paints or sealers. The employee is frequently required to stand, bend, and walk with the ability to lift 50 pounds where applicable. 50-75% travel is required by vehicle or airplane.
