Director of IT Field Support
$125,000 to $155,000 + up to 10% bonus
20% overnight travel for first 6 months; 10% overnight travel thereafter

- Travel to meet with managers / clients
- Propose solutions to improve processes
- Lead, coach, and mentor Field Support Managers
- Develop KPIs for Managers to evaluate their teams
- Build partnerships with vendors and hold them accountable
- Ensure optimal IT support experience throughout all locations
- Meet business timelines, establish and measure required SLAs
- Ensure solutions meet requirements for security, portability, and performance
- Foster a culture of service excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Oversee performance management, professional development, and succession planning
- Ability to travel
- Vendor management
- Director title or above
