REGIONAL MANAGER

DRINKING WATER / WASTEWATER

Spicer Group is seeking an experienced Drinking Water / Wastewater leader to serve as Regional Manager for Ohio. This role is designed for a professional who is deeply connected to the region and someone who understands the municipalities, utilities, regulators, funding programs, and stakeholders that shape infrastructure decisions across Ohio.

This role ensures profitability and financial health of the region, leads strategic planning efforts aligned with company goals, and drives growth through client engagement, business development, and cross‑selling opportunities. This position plays a key role in strengthening client relationships, expanding market presence, and ensuring technical and operational excellence across the region, while upholding Spicer Group’s core values and commitment to service quality.

• Responsible for overall financial health and performance of drinking water / wastewater within Ohio, including budget, investment allocation, and profitability as directed by the senior vice president
• Guide growth strategy for drinking water / wastewater service line —identifying market opportunities and aligning resources to meet future demand
• Executes risk management strategy; identifies and mitigates risk to Ohio operations, financial stability, and reputation
• Defines and analyzes problems in a timely manner and makes expedient, consistent decisions
• Serves as project manager on large multidisciplinary projects
