JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective
The Social Media & Content Marketing Manager is responsible for leading Wild Republic’s organic social media presence, content execution, community engagement, and consumer-facing campaign support across B2B and B2C channels.
This role manages day-to-day social media execution, content planning, influencer and UGC coordination, and brand storytelling across digital platforms while helping support broader marketing campaign execution and brand engagement initiatives.
The ideal candidate is creative, organized, trend-aware, highly collaborative, and passionate about building engaging brand experiences across social and digital channels.
Essential Functions
Social Media Management
- Manage Wild Republic’s organic social media channels including Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, Linked In, and emerging platforms
- Develop and maintain social content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, seasonal priorities, and brand initiatives
- Publish, schedule, and manage social content across channels
- Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across all social platforms
Community Management & Engagement
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, tags, and customer engagement across social channels
- Support timely and professional communication with consumers, retailers, influencers, and brand partners
- Escalate customer concerns and reputation-related issues when appropriate
- Help foster an engaging and positive brand community

Content Planning & Brand Storytelling
- Coordinate and manage social content planning tied to product launches, campaigns, conservation initiatives, retail partnerships, seasonal moments, and company events
- Partner closely with the Creative team to coordinate social assets, photography, video, and campaign creative
- Help identify storytelling opportunities that support brand awareness and customer engagement
- Support development of content ideas, captions, campaign concepts, and engagement opportunities
Influencer, Creator & UGC Coordination
- Support outreach and coordination with influencers, creators, and UGC partners
- Help manage creator timelines, communication, and content collection –
- Coordinate user-generated content opportunities and community participation initiatives
- Support brand ambassador and influencer engagement activities
Campaign & Event Marketing Support
- Support execution of consumer-facing marketing campaigns across social and digital channels
- Coordinate campaign messaging and rollout support with Ecommerce, Creative, and Marketing Operations teams
- Support live social coverage and content creation during trade shows, events, activations, and brand experiences
- Assist with promotional and campaign reporting as needed
Sponsor ships & Partnerships
- Support corporate sponsor ships, brand partnerships, and collaboration opportunities
- Help manage relationships and communication with partners, organizations, and event contacts
- Coordinate partnership deliverables, travel coordination, schedules, and promotional materials as needed
- Assist with sponsorship activations, co-branded initiatives, and community engagement opportunities
- Support preparation materials for events and partnership meetings including agendas, bios, product support, and coordination details

Required Education and Experience
- 2–5+ years of experience in social media, content marketing, digital marketing, or community management
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, Linked In, and short-form video trends
- Strong written communication and copywriting skills
- Experience managing social media scheduling and analytics platforms
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
