About This Role

As an RN in Homecare, you will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, supporting their recovery after hospital stays or outpatient procedures. This role is ideal for nurses who are autonomous and possess strong assessment skills.

  Full-time, Day shift

• Educate and follow patients through a short-term intermittent recovery process.
• Perform lab draws, including peripheral sticks and central line draws.
• Provide wound care for all types of wounds, including measurements and documentation.
• Administer IV medications, including IV antibiotics and IV push medications.
• Support patients in Western Cuyahoga County, including cities like Cleveland and Parma.
• Participate in on-call requirements once per week.

• Graduate from an accredited school of Professional Nursing.

• One year of current experience as an RN.
• One year of experience in an acute Medical/Surgical or Home Care setting.

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Valid Ohio driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance coverage.
