Job Overview
We are looking for a strong, determined & charismatic candidate to join our Sales Department at our Holiday Inn. We are a full service hotel with 20,000 sq. feet of conference space.
Responsibilities- Responsible for maintaining & creating corporate, transient, and group sales accounts
- Required to conduct inside and outside sales calls
- Enjoy meeting with clients with poise
- Negotiate with clients to achieve maximum profit while satisfying their needs
- Handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
- Be able to work under pressure
- Have a strong interest in sales
- Maintain and exceed monthly goals
- Be adaptable to work hours as required
- Works closely with the front desk and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Must have previous hotel sales experience with booking rooms and catering business
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Education Qualification/Equivalent in Marketing or Related Field
- Previous hotel sales experience required.
- Must have knowledge of Delphi or other sales booking system.
- Salary based on experience.
- Benefits available after 90-days
