What You'll Do

* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers within your assigned territory

* Drive sales through outbound calls, email campaigns, and follow-up on inbound leads

* Convert quotes into orders while identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities

* Confidently promote products, programs, and company initiatives

* Track sales activity, pipeline, and key performance metrics

* Collaborate with field sales teams and internal departments to ensure seamless service

* Stay up to date on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs

* Contribute ideas to improve sales processes, team collaboration, and efficiency

* Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction

* Support a positive, professional, and safety-focused workplace culture

* Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as needed

What We're Looking For

* Previous inside sales, customer service, or call center experience preferred

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills

* Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding goals

* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

* Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office

* Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
