TAP (Thermal Acoustical Pest Control) Insulation is a unique product designed to enhance home insulation while simultaneously preventing pest infestations. As an installer, you’ll play a crucial role in helping homeowners create safer, more energy‑efficient living spaces.

• Entry‑Level Opportunities:
  Start your journey as a Pest Control Technician/Insulation Laborer.
• PAID TRAINING:
  No previous experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training.

  4 and 3 Day work weeks (4 days on, 3 days off OR 3 days on, 4 days off depending on season.)

As a TAP Insulation Installer, you’ll begin each day in our warehouse, participate in daily training sessions, and then head out to customers’ homes to deliver exceptional service. You’ll be responsible for installing insulation that not only enhances energy efficiency but also safeguards homes against pests. • Must be 21 or older to apply.
• Valid Driver’s License is a must.
• Consent to background and motor vehicle record checks.
