Cuyahoga Heights Local Schools is seeking a dedicated and collaborative Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide school‑based services on a part‑time basis (2 days per week) for the  school year. The SLP will work directly with students to support communication, language, and speech needs that impact their educational access and progress.

• Provide direct and consultative speech‑language therapy services in accordance with students' IEPs.
• Conduct assessments and contribute to evaluation reports as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, intervention specialists, related service providers, and families to support student success.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring in compliance with IDEA and district guidelines.
• Participate in IEP meetings and student service team discussions when scheduled on working days.
• Promote functional communication skills to support student engagement in academic and social settings.

• Current Ohio Speech‑Language Pathologist License required.
• Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Prior experience in school‑based SLP services preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IDEA, IEP process, and school‑based service delivery models.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

• Competitive daily rate commensurate with experience.
• Part‑time position, 2 days per week,  school year.
