Position SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Warehouse and Facility Coordinator to support daily Data Center and Warehouse operations in Cleveland, OH, with an anticipated transition to Parma, OH as the facility relocates. This role is responsible for inventory control, shipment coordination, and ensuring efficient workflow across receiving, storage, and distribution functions throughout the transition and at the new location.
Works closely with customers, service contractors, vendors, network carriers and Bluebird Fiber personnel to direct and coordinate any service issue or system modification, upgrade or expansion, and to address issues quickly, thoroughly and effectively. May dispatch appropriate service contractors and networking personnel as required. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams in a dynamic, evolving environment.
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of warehouse, logistics, or inventory coordination experience
- Proven experience managing or supervising warehouse operations.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse controls, and process discipline.
- High level of comfort with technology, including WMS, ERP systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
- Demonstrated ability to implement new processes and improve existing workflows.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Team-oriented mindset with a hands-on, collaborative leadership style.
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field
- Experience in the telecommunications industry or a related technical/logistics environment.
- Experience supporting audits, inventory controls, or compliance-driven environments.
- Knowledge of lean warehousing or process improvement practices
- Coordinate and track inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Maintain accurate inventory levels using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Monitor and optimize warehouse space utilization and material flow
- Prepare shipping documentation, bills of lading, and receiving reports
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders regarding shipment status
- Participates in the development and updating of maintenance processes and procedures for operations, system troubleshooting, testing and maintenance functions.
- Directly responsible for ensuring that all operations and routine/preventative maintenance tasks are scheduled and performed in accordance with all documented manufacturer, engineering and audit recommendations. Full and accurate documentation of such work and performance tracking is required.
- Oversee operational activities to ensure customer satisfaction and reliable day-to-day operations are achieved.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating warehouse staff activities
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
