Facilities Custodian ( Part- Time

Under the general direction of the Facilities Custodian Supervisor, the Facilities Custodian is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and supporting the daily upkeep of assigned City facilities. Work includes performing a variety of custodial duties such as cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, locker rooms, meeting spaces, and high-traffic public areas. The position also assists with limited maintenance work including replacing light bulbs, washing windows, replenishing supplies, and completing minor facility repairs.

This role requires the ability to work independently, follow established safety procedures, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with coworkers and the public. The position may involve lifting, moving equipment or furniture, exposure to cleaning chemicals, and working evenings or weekends depending on facility needs.
