Contingent Maintenance Technician
Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a Contingent Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Contingent Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $25.00
Shift: Second
What's the Job?
- Troubleshoot and perform repairs and maintenance on equipment including mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, electronic, and pneumatic systems.
- Repair production line equipment such as conveyor belts, packaging machinery, grinding equipment, and stacking systems.
- Assist in the installation of machinery and equipment as needed.
- Perform cutting, welding, and light steel fabrication tasks.
- Inspect and adjust equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.
What's Needed?
- Prior relevant maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to perform prolonged and repetitive motions including standing, twisting, kneeling, and reaching overhead.
- Capability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Willingness to learn on the job in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to read numbers, product descriptions, and maintain accurate written records.
