Schedule and CoverageSchedule:
Monday‑Friday (8:30 am‑5:00 pm). Area Coverage:
Albany, Lebanon, Corvallis, Dallas and other areas as needed.
The Registered Nurse Home Health, under the direction of the Home Health Clinical Supervision and on order of the physician, is accountable for direct and indirect quality care for patients of all ages, according to the individualized needs of the patient, following the nursing process and in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act. Professional development is an integral part of this nursing practice.
The position coordinates patient care activities with other members of the health care team in a collegial relationship.

$43.87 – $68.11 per hour (base pay; additional compensation such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities may be available).
Required Qualifications- Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
- Upon hire:
Oregon Registered Nurse License. - Within 30 days of hire:
National Provider BLS – American Heart Association. - 1 year medical/surgical experience in an acute care setting.
- 2 years experience in acute care or community mental health setting for Mental Health RN work assignment.
- Recent Home Health experience.
- Hospice or Palliative Care experience for Palliative Care RN work assignment.
- Point of Care experience.
