We are currently looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) who is ready to make a meaningful impact every day.

As an RN at Independence Health and Rehabilitation Center, you won’t just be performing clinical tasks—you’ll be a key part of each patient’s recovery journey. You’ll work alongside a collaborative interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, personalized care and help residents achieve their goals.

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and managing conditions
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and respond to changing needs
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to ensure seamless care
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support best practices
• Collaborate on education efforts that empower patients and promote better outcomes

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oregon
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Solid clinical knowledge in geriatric care, rehabilitation, and wound management
